यही सवाल Sabrina Zohar की book Why Am I Like This? Sabrina एक dating and relationship coach हैं और The Sabrina Zohar Show की host भी हैं।
Why Am I Like This? summary
यही कारण है कि यह book उन readers के लिए बहुत relevant है जो relationship patterns, anxious attachment, attachment styles, people pleasing, emotional regulation, nervous system regulation, self worth, self trust, healthy relationships, relationship anxiety और break toxic relationship patterns जैसे topics search करते हैं।
About Why Am I Like This? by Sabrina Zohar
Sabrina Zohar एक dating and relationship coach, entrepreneur और podcast host हैं, जो attachment, self-worth, boundaries और modern dating पर direct advice के लिए जानी जाती हैं। उनकी book Why Am I Like This? United States में 13 October 2026 को Penguin Life द्वारा release हुई, और इसमें psychologist और author Dr. Ramani Durvasula का foreword है।
Book का Bullshit Blueprint framework suggest करता है कि इनमें से कई responses इसलिए develop हुए क्योंकि life के किसी stage पर उन्होंने person को safer, more accepted या more connected feel कराने में मदद की।
Lesson 2: Attachment Style एक Relating Pattern है, Life Sentence नहीं
Healthier question “मैं कितना strongly feel करता हूँ?” Healthier question है, “हम कितनी consistently show up कर रहे हैं?”
Modern relationship anxiety अक्सर screen के through होती है।
Years of weak boundaries के बाद healing का first stage extreme हो सकता है: “मुझे कभी किसी की जरूरत नहीं होगी।”
Old pattern immediate emotional relief देता है।
अकेले time spend कीजिए।
Important question यह है कि new behaviour आपकी values और long-term well-being serve करती है या नहीं।
Different text, different boundary, different pause, different person, loneliness पर different response और old chemistry सामने आने पर different decision।
The Bullshit Blueprint को Simple Language में समझें
New choices के through evidence build करना है।
Change चाहिए तो new behaviour low-stakes moments में practise कीजिए। Minor request पर no कहिए।
Less chasing, less guessing, less adrenaline, less uncertainty इन चीजों को lack of chemistry समझा जा सकता है।
Nervous system healthy patterns की तुलना में old patterns को faster recognise कर सकता है।
Relationship Patterns
Readers Books Club audience में ऐसे readers भी होते हैं जो manifestation, visualisation, affirmation, law of attraction, meditation, coaching और personal growth में interest रखते हैं।
“I choose healthy love” तब stronger बनती है जब unavailable people को chase करना बंद करते हैं।
Who Should Read Why Am I Like This?
Is Why Am I Like This? Worth Reading?
Modern dating culture people
Old attraction recognise करें।
10 Lessons from Why Am I Like This? Quick Recap

Texts Overthink

Final Thoughts
Question “Why am I like this?” self-criticism
Why Am I Like This?
